Blueberry Topped Flourless Blondies

Fun fact: I actually used to hate blueberries. They’ve been growing on me recently so I’ve been creating more recipes with them for you guys!

I love how absolutely simple this recipe! It’s gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free which makes it even better for me and anyone else that has a sensitive belly. Hope you guys like it


  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup applesauce

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup mashed blueberries


  1. Add all ingredients (except for blueberries) into one bowl and mix well. Be sure to break apart any clumps and create a smooth mixture

  2. Pour the batter into a lined 8×8 brownie dish and smooth out the top

  3. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350

  4. While the blondies are baking, measure out 1 cup of blueberries and pour into a baggie. Mash the blueberries to create the compote

  5. Let the blondies cool, top with compote, and cut into squares

  6. Enjoy!
