Sweet Potato Loaf

Gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free! Easy to make 🙂

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dairy free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • Prep sweet potato. Peel and chop one sweet potato and bring to a boil to soften
  • Mash the sweet potato well and add in the other wet ingredients and stir
  • Add in the dry and mix well
  • Pour the batter into a lined baking dish and bake at 350 for about an hour and ten minutes
  • Remove from the oven, cool, and cut! You can add your own frosting or check out one of mine. Linked at the top!
