Cinnamon Crumble Maple Blondies

Gluten free, Dairy free, Refined Sugar Free, easy to make and even better to eat!

For the Blondies

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

For the Crumble

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almonds


  • Combine all ingredients for the blondies into one bowl and mix super well to create a smooth mixture
  • Pour the batter into a lined brownie dish and smooth out the top
  • Mix the ingredients for the crumble and make sure the almonds are well coated
  • Sprinkle the crumble on top of the blondie batter
  • Bake for about 30-40 minutes depending on your oven at 350
  • Cool, cut, and enjoy! I had to use a big spoon to scoop out a serving. They may crumble a little, but that's ok! They're super fudgy and gooey on the inside 🙂
