Vegan Gluten Free Oreo Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 case of gluten free oreos (Trader Joes)

  • 1 8 oz container of cream cheese (Kite Hill)

  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend about 24 oreos into fine pieces

  2. Add the cream cheese and hand mix to create a thicker dough

  3. Roll into balls and chill

  4. Melt chocolate, dip each ball in a layer of chocolate, and sprinkle with sea salt. Chill in the fridge overnight

  5. Enjoy
