Gluten Free Chocolate Chip GingerBread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 2/3 cup almond butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1.5 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • gingerbread spices (1/4 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Combine all wet ingredients into one bowl and mix well

  2. Add in the dry and whisk to create a thicker batter

  3. Roll the dough into even sized balls and press flat into a cookie shape

  4. Press chocolate chips into the tops of each cookie

  5. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown

  6. Cool and enjoy!
