Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup applesauce (or can sub 2 eggs)

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 2/3 cup smooth almond butter (or any other nut butter)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Recipe:

  1. Combine all wet ingredients together and mix well to form an even mixture

  2. Add in the dry and stir well (leave out chocolate chips and marshmallows for now)

  3. Add in chocolate chips and marshmallows and mix them into the batter super well

  4. Pour the batter into a lined 8×8 baking dish and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes

  5. The blondies will bubble and get really big since the marshmallows expand, but then will fall to create a moist and “caramely” center

  6. Cool all the way, cut into squares, and enjoy!

    Hello,

When you say « almond flour » you mean the ground almond meal or the almond flour flour ?

    Thanks a lot
