Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 2 ripe mashed bananas

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mash the two bananas in a big bowl

  2. Add in the other wet ingredients and mix super well

  3. Add in the dry and stir to create the batter (except the chocolate chips)

  4. Now mix in the chocolate chips

  5. Scoop the batter into muffin liners in a muffin tray and top with extra chocolate chips

  6. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes

    I made these and substituted the egg with 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce And skipped the coconut sugar. So delicious, my whole family loves them. This made 12 muffins
