Almond Butter Filled Chocolate Mug Cake
One of my favorite mug cakes for New Year New Mug Cakes!! This recipe is gluten free and dairy free and so so easy to make. Let’s just get to the recipe, shall we ✌🏻

Cook Time 2 minutes mins
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tbsp collagen of choice
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tbsp applesauce
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter (for filling)
Mix together the wet ingredients in a small bowl (leave out the almond butter for now)
Add in the dry ingredients and stir well
Pour half the batter into a microwave safe mug, add 1 tbsp almond butter into the middle, and then top with the other half of the batter (covering the AB)
Microwave for about 2 minutes
Let cool, top with chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt, and enjoy!
