Blueberry Mug Cake

Can’t wait for y’all to try this easy and healthy mug cake ✨ ALSO, I’ve had some questions about subs for collagen! Just add the equivalent in flour :) For example, this recipe calls for 1/2 tbsp collagen. Just sub 1/2 tbsp almond flour for the collagen.

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tbsp collagen
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 15 blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  • Mix the wet ingredients in a larger mug or small bowl
  • Add in the dry ingredients and stir well
  • Add in the blueberries and gently stir them in evenly
  • Microwave in a microwave safe mug for about 2 minutes, let cool, top with a drizzle of honey and extra blueberries, and enjoy!
