Chocolate Banana Mug Cake

Ending my New Year, New Mug Cakes with this lil cake... I topped this no bake cake with almond butter, dairy free chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of sea salt! You can totally get crazy with your toppings and add coconut whipped cream or chopped berries for the perfect gluten free, dairy free, sweet treat. Here’s the recipe if you want the easiest dessert, breakfast, or snack

Servings 1 mug cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Start by mixing together all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a small bowl or mug.
  • Then, mix the chocolate chips into your mug cake batter.
  • Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top and microwave for about 2.5 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream, almond butter, and more chocolate and ENJOY ✌🏻
