Giant Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie

This giant banana cookie is filled with dark chocolate chips and healthier ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. Each ingredient was hand picked to create an easy to make, gluten free, dairy free, and vegan cookie that's sure to satisfy any sweet craving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • all the chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line your baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mash your ripe banana until smooth and then add in all the other wet ingredients, mix well! The wet ingredients in this recipe are the applesauce, almond butter, and vanilla.
  • Add in the dry ingredients and stir. The dry ingredients for this recipe: almond flour, coconut sugar, and baking soda.
  • Add in as many chocolate chips as makes you happy and stir well!
  • On a lined baking sheet, spread out the batter into a large cookie shape and top with extra chocolate chips. Bake for about 25 minutes, cool, and enjoy.
