Ingredients

1/2 cup pecans

1/2 cup pitted dates

2 tbsp water

1 tbs tahini

1/2 Hu Kitchen dark chocolate bar (to melt for the outside)
Recipe:

Combine all ingredients except the chocolate bar into a food processor and mix until smooth

Roll into balls and cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes

Melt chocolate bar while the balls are cooling and then use a spoon to cover the balls on all sides

Sprinkle crushed peppermint and a little salt before they’re cooled completely and then let harden in the fridge

Store in the fridge! Just pop one out when you’re ready to eat it!
