No need for a story today, let’s just get to the recipe! Hope you guys love it

Ingredients:

Muffin Batter:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour

  • 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/3 cup melted chocolate chips

  • 3 tbsp applesauce

  • pinch sea salt

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Filling:

  • 8 tbsp almond butter (1 per muffin)

Recipe:

  1. Make the muffin butter by combining all wet ingredients first. Mix well to break apart any clumps

  2. Add in the dry ingredients and stir as you add to keep the flour from sticking together

  3. Using a lined or non stick muffin tin, pour about two to three tbsp batter into 8 containers

  4. Add 1 tbsp almond butter onto the center of each one. Try to keep the almond butter just in the center

  5. Add another tbsp of batter on top of the almond butter. You may need a little extra on each one to cover up the almond butter filling

  6. Bake the muffins for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees

  7. Let them cool and frost with my 2 Ingredient almond butter yogurt frosting

  8. ENJOY
