If y’all know anything about me, it’s probably that I LOVE easy and simple baking. I hate finding a dessert that looks amazing, but requires 30 steps and 30 ingredients to make it. First of all, who has the time for that, and second, who has the money to buy all that?? I love simple recipes that contain 10 or less ingredients and require just a few steps to perfect. So easy and tasty every time. Just like this recipe here. Easy to make, just 9 ingredients, no flour, no gluten, no dairy, and they turn out fudgy every single time. I hope you guys love this recipe as much as I do. Happy baking!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup applesauce

  • 1/4 cup cacao

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Combine all wet ingredients together first. Mix well to create a well combined mixture

  2. Add in the dry (not the chocolate chips yet) and mix evenly

  3. Add in the chocolate chips and mix to evenly distribute

  4. Pour the batter into a non stick or lined brownie dish (8×8) and top with extra chocolate chips/chunks

  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 350

  6. Cool, cut, and enjoy!
