Looks like a cookie, tastes like a brownie… with a hint of sprinkles

Hope you guys love this recipe as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate almond butter

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp tapioca flour

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/3 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine all wet and dry ingredients in one bowl (except the sprinkles) and mix super well. The dough should be thick, easy to mold, but maybe slightly sticky

  2. Use a cookie scoop to measure out even sized balls of dough and roll them into smooth balls

  3. Pour the sprinkles onto a plate and roll each dough ball on the sprinkles. The sprinkles should evenly coat the entire ball

  4. Place the balls on a non stick baking sheet. Leave enough room in between each one because they will spread

  5. Bake at 350 for about 18-20 minutes, chill, and enjoy!
