Dairy Free Vanilla Frosting

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups soaked cashews (soak overnight at least!)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup dairy free yogurt

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Soak cashews overnight! Super important that they’re nice and soft to get a smooth frosting

  2. Drain the cashews and pour into a high powered blender with the rest of the ingredients

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. The frosting should be perfect right out of the blender, but you can chill it in the freezer to get a much thicker consistency

  5. Use this frosting to top any dessert 🙂 and enjoy!
