Easy Funfetti Granola Clusters are the perfect snack for adding to yogurt, smoothies, and ice cream, or eating alone with milk! Enjoy this delicious treat that’s ready in less than a half hour and is super simple to make. This granola is full of rainbow sprinkles to give you an extra sweet treat when you want it and fill your life with a little more brightness. We all need that right now 🙂
The perfect rainbow granola clusters
Granola is arguably one of the most versatile snacks. You can eat it on top of yogurts, sprinkle it on smoothie bowls, add it to ice cream, or even enjoy it alone with a bit of almond milk! What’s more, granola can mean the difference between a quick bite (plain yogurt) or a snack that’ll leave you feeling full all morning (i.e. yogurt + granola)!
Now I know there are bags and bags or pre-made granola that you can buy at the grocery store. These may be easier to get because they require no baking at all, but what I love about making your own is that you can control the ingredients that go into the recipe and you can customize as you please. Craving cinnamon and raisins in your granola? Make it yourself and save a little money. Craving mint chocolate granola? You can totally make it on your own and make it a little healthier than the store bought brand.
Those cravings for the speciality flavors that you can’t really find in stores is exactly what inspired this recipe. I decided that this recipe would be a bit different than your basic granola. Something that was as much a dessert as it was a healthy, filling, and sweet.
The result? Delicious, perfectly sweet, craving-satiating funfetti granola clusters topped with and full of rainbow sprinkles. I can’t wait for you to try this recipe! You’re going to love it, I promise.

How to make granola clusters
Like I keep saying in this blog post, this recipe is so easy to make and I think that’s why I like it so much. There’s no fuss in the ingredients, the price, or the process. Here’s how we make it so easy:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the sprinkles and mix super well. Once the granola batter is mixed, add in your sprinkles and mix those in too.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350F.
Pour the granola mixture onto your lined baking sheet and press it down flat. Some may stick to your fingers, but keep pressing until the mixture is nice and firm in one big flat clump. Sprinkle a few extra sprinkles right on top and press those down gently. TIP: rub a little coconut oil on your hands to prevent sticking.
Bake your granola for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges and top start to become golden brown.
Let the granola cool COMPLETELY before breaking into clusters. This is super important. Enjoy!!
Funfetti Granola Clusters substitutes
Want to make this granola, but don’t have these exact ingredients? Here’s what you can sub instead:
Almond Butter
I used almond butter in this recipe, but you can also use cashew or peanut butter! If you want to use two types, split them in half to avoid ending up with a super gooey, buttery mess!
Maple Syrup
If you don’t have maple, try another liquid sweetener like honey or molasses. I have only tried this recipe with maple syrup, but honey would be the next best option if you ask me!
Rainbow Sprinkles
You can sub these for just about anything! Want chopped nuts? Go for it! Craving chocolate chips? That would be super tasty too. Enjoy this recipe and have some fun with it.
