Buckeyes or fudge balls? I truly don’t know the difference, but it doesn’t matter! They’re great either way. As you guys know, I have a huge sweet tooth that tends to be on the impatient side. There are days where I don’t mind waiting and testing new recipes, but there are also days that I want something that’s simple and easy to make. Enter NO BAKE recipes. This recipe has only 4 ingredients and you probably already have all of them. They’re gluten free, grain free, dairy free, vegan, and just about everything else free… except for nuts, sorry y’all! If you’re looking for an easy recipe to make, I got you! Hope you guys love this one as much as I do.
Ingredients:
-
1 cup coconut flour
-
3/4 cup almond butter
-
2 tbsp coconut sugar
-
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or chocolate bar) to melt
Recipe:
-
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate) and mix well. The batter should be thicker, so you might have to use your hands to fully combine
-
Gently roll into balls, press a toothpick into the middle of each one, and place in the freezer so they can harden
-
Melt the chocolate while you wait
-
Once the balls have hardened in the freezer, remove them, and dip the bottoms in chocolate
-
Place the chocolate dipped fudge balls on a non stick baking sheet and place them back in the freezer to harden
-
Remove, gently pull out toothpick, and ENJOY! The flavor and texture is the best when you take them out for a minute before eating them. This will allow the almond butter ball to soften a little
