Keeping this post short and sweet! I’m always on the look out for pre made “healthy” frosting in stores. This has proven to be a very hard task and I was becoming impatient, so I’ve started playing around with making my own recipe and this one did not disappoint. It’s perfectly creamy and perfectly sweet without all the added chemicals and random words you’ve never heard of and can’t pronounce. Only 6 ingredients and super easy to make. Hope you guys love this one!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked and mashed Japanese sweet potato

  • 3 tbs honey

  • 2 tbs cacao powder

  • 1/3 cup soaked cashews

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream

  • 1/2 orange juiced

Recipe:

  1. Peel, cut, and boil 1 small Japanese sweet potato. This recipe will work with a regular sweet potato, but the color of the frosting will change. Once the potato is very soft, throw 1/2 cup of the mash into a food processor

  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until super smooth. It should be very silky and creamy and, most importantly, chocolaty
