Combining all my favorite desserts into one recipe is a passion of mine lol! I’m actually being so serious. I love dessert so much, so when I can eat multiple different kinds all in one bite, it makes me the most happy. This time around I combined fudge, brownies, and coconut cookies into one beautiful dessert. It’s such an easy dessert to make and it’s sure to please just about everyone. This dessert is gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free! I hope you like it as much as I do. Happy baking

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup applesauce

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (melted)

  • 3 eggs

  • ¼ cup coconut sugar

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • ½ cup tapioca flour

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 bag of Emmy’s Vanilla Cookies

  • 2 tbsp. almond butter (for drizzle on top)

Recipe:

  1. Mix together all the wet ingredients first. Meltthe chocolate chips and mix with the applesauce, eggs, and vanilla. It helps ifthe ingredients are not super cold, otherwise the chocolate hardens quicker

  2. Once well mixed, add in all the dry ingredientsexcept for the cookies. Whisk well to ensure there are no clumps and all theingredients have been well combined

  3. Break up the cookies into smaller pieces and mixthem into the batter

  4. Pour the batter into a lined 8×8 brownie dishand drizzle with almond butter. Pour the almond butter into lines and then usea toothpick to pull across the lines to create the design. A totally optional step, but who doesn’t love the almond butter?

  5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until theedges are golden brown

  6. Cut and cool!
