In the same bowl, create a little hole in the dry mixture and crack the eggs and other liquid ingredients into this hole
Slowly mix the ingredients together to create the batter. You can add in a little extra arrowroot or tapioca if you find that the batter is too soft to mold into the bagel shape
Once the batter is well mixed and formed, separate the dough into 5 even sections
To form the bagels, roll the piece of dough into a ball and press your thumb into the center. Gently press all the way through and lay the bagel shaped dough onto a lined baking tray
Repeat this step for each piece of dough
Sprinkle EBB seasoning on top, use your hand to gently press the seasoning into the bagel to ensure it sticks
