Gluten Free Everything Bagels

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp applesauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbs water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • everything but the bagel seasoning

Recipe:

  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients first
  2. In the same bowl, create a little hole in the dry mixture and crack the eggs and other liquid ingredients into this hole
  3. Slowly mix the ingredients together to create the batter. You can add in a little extra arrowroot or tapioca if you find that the batter is too soft to mold into the bagel shape
  4. Once the batter is well mixed and formed, separate the dough into 5 even sections
  5. To form the bagels, roll the piece of dough into a ball and press your thumb into the center. Gently press all the way through and lay the bagel shaped dough onto a lined baking tray
  6. Repeat this step for each piece of dough
  7. Sprinkle EBB seasoning on top, use your hand to gently press the seasoning into the bagel to ensure it sticks
  8. Bake for about 17 minutes at 350
