Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp applesauce
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbs water
- 1 tsp salt
- everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Mix together all the dry ingredients first
- In the same bowl, create a little hole in the dry mixture and crack the eggs and other liquid ingredients into this hole
- Slowly mix the ingredients together to create the batter. You can add in a little extra arrowroot or tapioca if you find that the batter is too soft to mold into the bagel shape
- Once the batter is well mixed and formed, separate the dough into 5 even sections
- To form the bagels, roll the piece of dough into a ball and press your thumb into the center. Gently press all the way through and lay the bagel shaped dough onto a lined baking tray
- Repeat this step for each piece of dough
- Sprinkle EBB seasoning on top, use your hand to gently press the seasoning into the bagel to ensure it sticks
- Bake for about 17 minutes at 350
