Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free, and very easy to make!
The ingredients in these cookies are simple and whole. No need to add anything fancy or ingredients you can’t even pronounce. The best cookies are the ones you make yourself form real ingredients found in your pantry already! Hope you guys love them
Ingredients:

1 cup blended oats (can sub oat flour, but the consistency won’t be the same)

1 cup hazelnut meal (almond meal works too)

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla
-
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

pinch sea salt

1/3 cup chocolate chips or 1 crushed chocolate bar
Recipe:

Make the oat flour by blending 1 cup oats in a food processor. Try to create a powder, but some larger pieces are ok

Combine the dry ingredients together first (leave out chocolate chips) and mix well

Add in the wet and mix to create a thicker batter. Add the chocolate chips in towards the end and mix them in evenly

Using a cookie scooper (or your hands) scoop equal amounts of batter onto a lined baking sheet

Bake the cookie at 350 for about 20-23 minutes or until golden brown

Let them cool, top with an optional swirl of chocolate or even a pinch of sea salt, and enjoy!
