Strawberry Chocolate Chip Blondies

FLOURLESS Strawberry Chocolate Chip Blondies to be exact. I’ve been really loving these flourless recipes recently because they require much fewer ingredients and they’re cheaper to make. I especially love this recipe because you can easily sub the almond butter or tahini for any other similar ingredient. For example: don’t have almond butter? Add cashew butter. Don’t have tahini? Add extra nut butter of any kind. The only tip I have is to use a nut butter or tahini that’s a bit on the runnier side. If it’s too thick, the consistency won’t be the same and I’m not sure how that will affect the texture of the blondies. I hope you guys love this recipe as much as I do, happy baking!

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (on the runnier side)

  • 1/2 cup tahini (you can sub this for extra nut butter)

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup applesauce

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips/chunks

  1. Mix together all wet ingredients first to create a smooth, well mixed mixture. Leave out the strawberries and chocolate for now

  2. Add in the dry (baking soda and salt) and mix well

  3. Add in the strawberries and chocolate chips here and evenly distribute into the mixture

  4. Pour the mixture into a lined or non stick 8×8 baking dish and smooth out the top. You can sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top before baking here

  5. Bake the blondies at 350 for about 35 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Let cool, cut into cubes, and enjoy!
