Fun fact: I actually used to hate blueberries. They’ve been growing on me recently so I’ve been creating more recipes with them for you guys!
I love how absolutely simple this recipe! It’s gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free which makes it even better for me and anyone else that has a sensitive belly. Hope you guys like it
Ingredients

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup tahini

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup applesauce

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup mashed blueberries
Instructions

Add all ingredients (except for blueberries) into one bowl and mix well. Be sure to break apart any clumps and create a smooth mixture

Pour the batter into a lined 8×8 brownie dish and smooth out the top

Bake for about 30 minutes at 350

While the blondies are baking, measure out 1 cup of blueberries and pour into a baggie. Mash the blueberries to create the compote

Let the blondies cool, top with compote, and cut into squares
