Ingredients
For the Blondies

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup tahini

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup applesauce

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda
For the Crumble

1/4 cup coconut oil
-
3 tbsp maple syrup
-
1/3 cup coconut sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1 tbsp almond milk
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
1 cup almonds
Instructions

Combine all ingredients for the blondies into one bowl and mix super well to create a smooth mixture

Pour the batter into a lined brownie dish and smooth out the top

Mix the ingredients for the crumble and make sure the almonds are well coated
-
Sprinkle the crumble on top of the blondie batter

Bake for about 30-40 minutes depending on your oven at 350
-
Cool, cut, and enjoy! I had to use a big spoon to scoop out a serving. They may crumble a little, but that’s ok! They’re super fudgy and gooey on the inside
