Easy to make and probably one of my all time favorite recipes


  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 3/4 cup brown rice flour

  • 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt

  • 3 tbsp applesauce

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Sprinkle on Top

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon


  1. Mix all dry ingredients first

  2. Add in the wet and stir to create a smooth batter

  3. Pour the batter into a lined loaf dish and smooth out the top. Sprinkle the coconut sugar and cinnamon on top

  4. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until the inside is cooked fully. Use a toothpick to check the center, if it comes out clean, it’s ready!

  5. Slice and enjoy
