Ingredients

For the Blondies

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup applesauce

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

For the Crumble

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp almond milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for the blondies into one bowl and mix super well to create a smooth mixture

  2. Pour the batter into a lined brownie dish and smooth out the top

  3. Mix the ingredients for the crumble and make sure the almonds are well coated

  4. Sprinkle the crumble on top of the blondie batter

  5. Bake for about 30-40 minutes depending on your oven at 350

  6. Cool, cut, and enjoy! I had to use a big spoon to scoop out a serving. They may crumble a little, but that’s ok! They’re super fudgy and gooey on the inside
