Ingredients
-
1/2 cup almond butter (or any other nut butter works too!)
-
1/4 cup and 2 tbsp coconut flour
-
1/4 cup maple syrup
-
1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
-
gingerbread seasoning (1/4 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon)
Instructions
-
Combine almond butter and maple syrup together and mix super well
-
Add in the gingerbread spices and coconut flour and mix well. The batter should be thick and easy to mold. If the mixture is not thick enough, add a little more coconut flour to thicken and firm up
-
Form the dough into 1 tbsp sized balls and chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes
-
While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate chips
-
Cover the balls in an even layer of chocolate, use a fork to help drip off any extra chocolate
-
Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle on sea salt so it sticks
-
Chill in the fridge and enjoy!
