Ingredients

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup applesauce (can sub an egg)

1 cup coconut sugar

1 cup smooth almond butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions

Combine all wet ingredients first into a bowl and mix well to create a smooth batter

Add in the dry (leave out chocolate chips and marshmallows for now) and mix well, the batter should start to thicken. I used my hands towards the end to make sure the flour was well integrated

Hand mix in the chocolate chips

Roll the dough into even sized balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Make sure you leave space in between each of them because they will spread a lot

Before baking, press the mini marshmallows into the top of each cookie. I did about 3 to 4 for each one

Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. Check for golden brown edges!
