Plain Gluten Free Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups almond flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Combine all wet ingredients first and mix super well

  2. Add in the dry and stir. You may have to use your hands towards the end to create a thicker batter

  3. Use about 1/3 cup batter to make even sized balls.

  4. Place the batter balls on a non stick baking sheet and press flat to create a biscuit shape

  5. Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Watch out for golden brown edges

  6. Cool, cut in half, add toppings and enjoy!
