Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 eggs (or 1/2 cup applesauce)

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  2. Add in the chocolate chips and mix

  3. Pour the batter into a lined muffin tray and top with extra chocolate chips

  4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until fully baked in the center

  5. Cool and enjoy!
