Ingredients:

3 cups almond flour

2 eggs

2 tbsp honey

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:

Combine all wet ingredients first and mix super well

Add in the dry and stir. You may have to use your hands towards the end to create a thicker batter

Use about 1/3 cup batter to make even sized balls.

Place the batter balls on a non stick baking sheet and press flat to create a biscuit shape

Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Watch out for golden brown edges

Cool, cut in half, add toppings and enjoy!
