I like to walk the fine line between breakfast and dessert. Is it a cookie? Is it oatmeal? Is it both? This recipe is super simple and easy to make and it really is perfect for any time of the day. Ingredients
- 2 ripe mashed bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 2/3 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup mashed raspberries to top (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in one larger bowl until smooth
- Add in the wet ingredients and mix well
- Add in the dry and mix well to create an even, thicker batter
- Pour the batter into a lined 8×8 brownie dish and smooth out the top
- Bake at 350 for about 16 minutes or until golden brown on top
- Let cool, top with mashed berries, and slice into bars or squares
