What are your thoughts on single serve recipes? I am such a huge fan of them because they’re so simple and easy to make and they’re the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth without having to bake a whole batch of cookies or a large cake. Also, you don’t have to share them with anyone else! It’s one serving meant just for you.
I combined some of my favorite flavors in this recipe to make the fluffiest tastiest mug cake you’ve ever had. Top the mug cake with extra coconut flakes, chocolate chips when it’s still hot, and maybe a dash of sea salt to really get the best of both worlds.
If you guys are interested, I have a whole ebook dedicated to single serve recipes. Some sweet, some savory, and even more mug cakes. You can find the ebook on my ebook tab for only 10 dollars. Happy baking friends!
