Whenever there is a party or one of my friends is having some sort of gathering, I always offer to bring the sweets because there is most likely a chance that I probably have something on hand anyway, but 9 times out of 10, I’m bringing cookies.
They are always the best to transfer to parties because they are just easy and people can grab them while doing other things. One hand for cookies, one hand for champagne? I think so.

Are these cookies diet friendly?
Here are some of the ingredients that help these cookies fit into a healthy lifestyle:
-
Almond flour: Almond flour is my go-to baking flour because it’s filled with protein and fiber. A serving of this flour provides over 30% of the needed daily amount of vitamin E and manganese, making it a great source!
-
Applesauce: I like to use applesauce in place of regular oils such as coconut, avocado, almond, canola, or olive.
-
Coconut sugar: As I mention in pretty much all of my baking recipes, coconut sugar is my BFF for using as an all-natural sweetener. It makes my baked goodies taste perfectly sweet and delicious while eliminating the need to use refined sugars!

It is very possible, but I haven’t tried it yet, so I am not 100% sure! The flavor would be different for sure 🙂
