Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies



  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup gluten free oats

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 2/3 cup applesauce

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 crushed up chocolate bar


  1. Combine all wet ingredients first and mix together to create a smooth mixture

  2. Add in the dry and stir to make the thicker cookie batter

  3. Add in the crushed chocolate bar and mix to evenly distribute the chocolate

  4. Use an ice cream scooper to evenly measure and make about 12-15 cookies

  5. Place the cookies on a non stick baking sheet, leave a little room between each one

  6. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the edges and tops are golden brown

  7. Cool and enjoy 🙂
