S’mores Banana Bread


  • 2 large ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup dairy free Forager yogurt

  • 1/2 cup smooth nut butter (I used almond)

  • 1/3 cup applesauce

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 crushed up chocolate bar

  • 1/4 cup marshmallows


  1. Mash the bananas and combine them with the wet ingredients. Mix well to create a smooth mixture

  2. Add in the dry to finish off the batter. Whisk and break apart any clumps

  3. Add in the chocolate chunks and marshmallows and mix evenly to distribute the add ins equally

  4. Pour the batter into a lined loaf dish and top with a sprinkle of chocolate chunks and a few marshmallows

  5. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour

  6. Cool, cut, and enjoy!
