Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 2 boxes Simple Mills Cookie Mix

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • 8-10 gluten free oreos


  1. Make the cookie mix as instructed on the Simple Mills box. Combine the two mixes together to create double the chocolate chip cookie dough

  2. Use an ice cream scooper and scoop evenly sized dough balls onto a lined baking sheet. You should make about 9 and have batter to spare. Leave plenty of room next to each one

  3. Press one oreo into each dough ball

  4. Using a metal spoon, press the pressed out dough around the edges of the oreos so that the oreos are now covered from the bottom and the edges. Repeat this step for each oreo cookie

  5. Use the spoon to measure out about 1 tbsp of dough on top of each oreo. Use the spoon to cover the top of the oreos so that you can no longer see them

  6. Bake the cookies at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown

  7. Cool and enjoy!
