Crunchy Chocolate Almond Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond butter

  • 2 cups brown rice krisps (cereal)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a big bowl

  2. Add in the almond butter and maple syrup and mix super well

  3. Mix in the brown rice krisps to create the thicker batter

  4. Roll the batter into even sized balls and chill

  5. Optional: melt extra chocolate to drizzle on top and add a pinch of sea salt on top of each ball 🙂
