Ingredients:

2 tbsp coconut flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 egg

1/2 mashed ripe banana

1 tbsp applesauce

1 tbsp maple syrup

splash of vanilla

chocolate chips or crushed up chocolate bar for chunks!
Instructions:

Mix together all wet ingredients first! Mash the banana and mix in the egg. Add in the other wet ingredients and mix to create a smooth mixture

Add in the dry and stir to create the batter

Mix in the chocolate chunks

Scoop the batter into a microwave safe mug or bowl and smooth out the top
-
Microwave for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the size of your mug/bowl

Cool for a second, top with almond butter and extra chocolate and enjoy!
