How to make a vegan giant cookie
Preheat oven to 350F and line your baking tray with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mash your ripe banana until smooth and then add in all the other wet ingredients, mix well! The wet ingredients in this recipe are the applesauce, almond butter, and vanilla.
