Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond flour

1/3 cup maple syrup

2/3 cup almond butter

2 eggs

1.5 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup chocolate chips

gingerbread spices (1/4 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp cinnamon)
Instructions

Combine all wet ingredients into one bowl and mix well

Add in the dry and whisk to create a thicker batter

Roll the dough into even sized balls and press flat into a cookie shape

Press chocolate chips into the tops of each cookie
-
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
