Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup applesauce

  • 1 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until perfectly smooth! ~Option to add chocolate chips after the batter is fully blended and mix them in by hand!

  2. Pour the batter into a lined or non stick muffin tray and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. I used a silicone heart tray to make Valentine’s Day themed muffins

  3. Cool and enjoy!

It would be helpful if you could give roughly ideas of servings on your recipes, especially when you need a muffin tin: is it 6 large, 12, 24 mini muffins….does it only yield 8 so I not filling all the spots is right? Just a though 🙂

    Not flour needed? 😱
